Payment by Creditcard  
Due to technical adjustments in the payment system of our webshop we are temporarily unable to accept credit card payments.

Note: in the future we will only accept "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard Secure Code" credit cards. The reason is that with regular credit card payments in case of fraud banks disclaim liability even though the credit credit card was checked and payment was authorized by them. Sorry, once bitten, twice shy.

Payment via direct Online-Banking transaction - only within Austria
If you have an austrian bank account at: BA-CA, Erste/Sparkassen, Raiffeisen, BAWAG/PSK/easybank, Hypobanken or Volksbanken, you may use online-banking (using PIN & TAN) within our shop-system
Safety: All account-data and -transactions are encrypted useing state-of-the-art standards. Therefore the final payment-clearing pages are hosted in a secured area at our payment-provider (Viveum).

Pre Payment
After submiting your order you will automatically be sent an e-mail with all the data required for your payment-transaction. Your order will be shipped by registered and insured priority mail on receipt of payment. Money transfers within Austria usually take 1-2 workdays. Transfers from outside of Austria may take 4-5 workdays to complete.
